Job Summary: We are seeking an exceptional Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a minimum of (2) years of experience in a Medical Spa/Plastic Surgery office to join our team in Milford, PA. In this role, you will provide care under the guidance of the Supervising Physician. Your responsibilities will include taking and reviewing medical histories, conducting examinations, and developing and administering aesthetic treatment plans.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum (2) years of experience in a Medical Spa/Plastic Surgery office as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant.
- Must possess an active and unrestricted NP/PA license in the state of PA.

Primary Duties:
- Provides direct patient care under the direction of the Supervising Physician.
- Performs cosmetic procedures in accordance with established guidelines.
- Develops customized treatment plans, considering the complexity of the patient's needs.
Secondary Duties:
- Ensures patients understand the scope of treatment, goals, and outcomes.
- Regularly reviews patient treatment plans with the Supervising Physician.
- Refers complex cases to the Supervising Physician without interfering with patient care.
- Maintains knowledge of all services and skincare brands offered.
- Acts as the clinical supervisor for subordinate treatment providers, reporting to the Practice Manager and Supervising Physician.
- Other duties as needed or required.

Salary: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
