Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beauty Consultant to join our team. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting beauty products to enhance our customers' appearance and confidence. If you have a passion for cosmetics and enjoy helping others look and feel their best, we would love to hear from you. Duties: - Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products - Demonstrate and apply makeup on customers, showcasing different techniques and products - Assist customers in selecting skincare, haircare, and beauty products based on their preferences and skin type - Educate customers on the proper use and benefits of various beauty products - Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beauty department, including product displays and testers - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling - Build strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service Experience: - Previous experience in beauty cosmetics sales is preferred - Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Multilingual skills are a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base - Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills for accurate transactions - Proficiency in makeup application techniques for different skin tones and types - Familiarity with cash handling procedures - Experience using Millennium or similar point-of-sale systems is desirable - Excellent phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries At our company, we value our employees' contributions and offer competitive compensation along with opportunities for career growth.
