Tanner's videographer is responsible for coordinating, capturing and producing engaging video content that amplifies our brand, services, and initiatives. This role requires a creative storyteller with a keen eye for detail, technical proficiency in video production, and a passion for creating compelling visual narratives. Duties include: * Operate production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment, for field and studio productions. * Concept, produce and edit video content for Tanner Health brand, web and social channels. * Collaborate with marketing team, including designers, strategists and writers, for conceiving and creating content. * Direct team during production, including assistants, talent and secondary camera operators to ensure that lighting, framing, and action are consistent with concept, brand and media platforms. * Adhere to project time requirements, project budgets, scheduled deadlines and due dates. * Monitor accuracy and quality in all project phases - from initial drafts, proofing and review to completed, delivered content. * Oversee all video technical decisions including audio, lighting, composition, etc. * Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of applicable digital platforms for design and videography. * Filming video on set and on location * Setting up and taking down cameras, microphones, lighting, props and other equipment * Editing footage after recording. Adding computer graphics, closed captioning and special effects to footage * Preparing background film, also called b-roll

- Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that align with Tanner Health's brand identity and marketing objectives. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to conceptualize and develop compelling narratives for various video projects. Edit and enhance video content using industry-standard editing software, ensuring a polished final product that meets project goals and deadlines.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging video content for a variety of purposes, including promotional videos, interviews, event coverage, patient stories, and educational materials.
- Equipment Management: Maintain and operate video production equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and quality output.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to fulfill video content needs and requirements. Work with external vendors to support video projects, including scheduling, subject prep, storyboarding and proofing.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in videography to enhance video quality and storytelling techniques.
