Job description

We are currently looking for a Full Time Corporate Trust Administrative Assistant for our City Creek location at 50 South 200 East, Salt lake City, UT.

Major Job Function:

Works as the Administrative Assistant for the Corporate Trust Department.  Provides customer service, handles and records the money movement within the accounts, and initiates actions that support the Account Administrators. Will assist in special projects and requests, and assist with back-up support for the Corporate Trust Administrative Officer and Corporate Trust Operations Specialist positions.

Experience/Skills necessary to perform duties:

  • Associates Degree or 2 years general office experience.
  • Skilled in using various office software programs.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Experience with money movement (money deposits in accounts/creating wires) is helpful.

Regular Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Account Administrator with account maintenance
  • Assist in completing account synoptic/annual reviews with the guidance of the Account Administrator
  • Research tickler requests with the guidance of the Account Administrator
  • Assist Corporate Trust staff members with special projects
  • Process correspondence to beneficiaries
  • Assist in scanning and saving documents as needed
  • Provide backup to Corporate Trust Operations Specialist
  • Handle and record all money movement within the accounts.
  • Communication with clients by telephone and email.
  • Other duties as assigned
