We are looking for a Corporate Trainer to join our growing team!
Corporate Trainer?
Yes, we have an immediate opening for a strong communicator with a keen eye for consistency and a knack for inspiring. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for supporting, motivating and guiding our franchise partners. You will help franchise partners implement and operate following our operation guidelines. This is an entry-level position, and training is also provided.

What Your Day Looks Like:

• Train and guide Franchisees in the operations of all KFT Group restaurant concepts. We currently have two operations: Our Kung Fu Tea entity comprises of our lovely bubble tea drinks menu and our TKK Fried Chicken entity comprises our savory side featuring our tasty Fried Chicken and food combination meals! We also have Yasubee, our newest concept that features ramen noodles!!
• Assist Franchisees in improving overall business performance, including sales goals, operational standards and compliance with company standards.
• Act as a liaison between the franchisee and the Corporate Office.
• Ensure that franchising stores maintain product quality, customer service, cleanliness & maintenance, training & staffing, and branding standards.
• Complete trainings for new store openings, including follow-up needed with various departments to ensure new store success.
• Support implementation/roll-out of new products and procedures in conjunction with the Product and Marketing teams.
• Complete basic administrative reports in a timely fashion and in accordance with department and company procedures.
• Partake in training guideline revisions, and be ready to suggest improvement for store operating procedures.
• Follow departmental budget guidelines. Turns in Travel reimbursement requests in a timely manner with appropriate documentation.

• Proficiency in Gmail & Google Workspace
• Strong verbal, written communication skills with a sharp eye for details and time management.

• Must maintain confidentiality (No Tea Spillin' here)
• Ability to coach, guide, and give feedback in one-on-one and small group situations
• Self-motivated team player with a desire and drive to learn and grow with the team.
