The candidate should be a CPA with at 8 years of tax experience with emphasis on Pass-Through Entities and investments management. The company offers competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and work life balance.
- Tax return preparation for partnerships and individuals; tax research and analysis; and hands-on accounting with daily treasury work,
- Update and reconcile monthly income tax accounts
- Assist in the preparation of forecasted tax expense and related balance sheet accounts
- Research changes in tax laws to ensure accurate reporting and expose potential cost savings opportunities
- Manage all audits, review and approve all audit work, deal directly with tax agents, assist with negotiating optimal settlements of contested issues
- Preparation of weekly cash flow analysis and projections, monthly and quarterly financials, bank reconciliations and special projects.
Required Experience, Education:
- BS in Accounting Required. CPA required.
- At least 8 years of corporate or public tax accounting experience required.
- Tax experience with emphasis on individual and LLC/partnership taxation is required.
- Diverse business and tax experience with investments
- Strong Excel skills required.
