ATI is seeking to hire a Corporate Tax Intern for our Summer 2024 Internship Program. This position will be based in Pittsburgh, PA and will run from June to August 2024. Relocation and housing assistance is available for the summer.

As an intern at ATI, you’ll gain hands-on experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with teams that do truly exceptional things. The projects and skills outlined below will be guided and directed by an established ATI-Professional in your field of interest.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with federal income tax return preparation, as well as state income and franchise tax return preparation.
- Provide support for quarterly tax provision and miscellaneous tax filings.
- Analyze financial data and assist with tax audits.
- Research notices from tax authorities.
- Perform depreciation reconciliations and calculations.
- Conduct analysis of tax planning opportunities based upon enacted legislation.
- Provide ad hoc and project support as needed.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Actively pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, having completed junior year of an undergraduate program.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous work or internship experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- High attention to detail, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
