Position:
Recruiting Specialist - Remote
Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager

What you’ll be contributing:


  • Consults with the Talent Acquisition Team on the Division’s requisition needs.
  • Create and distribute Talent Acquisition materials in conjunction with the Corporate Communications team.
  • Posts and updates new positions on company and career websites.
  • Manages candidates through the recruiting lifecycle using our Applicant Tracking System (Success Factors).
  • Assists TA Team with screening candidates in ATS.
  • Coordinates candidate travel expenses and reimbursements.
  • Assists with managing and formatting active job descriptions to ensure consistency.
  • Schedules interviews for hiring team.
  • Prepares and distributes Talent Acquisition reports in a timely fashion and on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Conducts pre-screen and in-person interviews for selected positions.
  • Maintain employee new hire and benefit data on internal portal.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


To succeed in this position you will need:


  • Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the public at all times.
  • Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required (10% or less), may be required to work off-hours to improve candidate experience as needed.
  • Strict adherence to safety requirements, company policies, and procedures.
  • 2 or more years recruiting in a multi-site company, industrial or manufacturing experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
