Position Summary:
Position will be in-office at our corporate office located in Centerville, Utah. Reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition. Responsible for a variety of recruitment, customer service, data entry, and administrative functions in compliance with company policies and management directives.
Essential Functions:
Complete and document the pre-hire requirements for successful candidates, including background checks, drug screens, physicals, etc.
Coordinate with MTC sites regarding the completion and documentation of fingerprinting and background items, as needed.
Upload required pre-hire documents to candidates profiles.
Audit candidates files for accuracy and obtain any missing or needed information to complete a hire.
Perform effective and efficient data entry and recordkeeping to ensure accurate reporting for auditing and performance evaluation.
Conduct reference checks, as needed.
Provide continuous and timely communication as well as excellent customer service to candidates and customers while candidates are pending hire.
Provide sourced resumes to recruiters as needed.
Provide effective and immediate recruitment services by processing applications, screening candidates, scheduling and/or conducting interviews, and managing recruiting pipelines to ensure vacancies are minimal, as needed. These functions include:
Posting open requisitions to internal applicant tracking system (ATS) or job boards, including sponsored advertising channels when deemed necessary.
Screening candidates and initiating a call, email, and/or text with applicants within 24 hours of receiving the application through the ATS.
Coordinating with MTC hiring managers to schedule interviews with candidates.
Leveraging online recruiting resources to find qualified candidates, including resume mining.
Conducting virtual interviews and making offers of employment as directed by management.
Following up with candidates to ensure they attend interviews and successfully move through the process in a timely manner.
Moving candidates through the ATS workflow process to achieve key performance indicators.
Effectively communicate with candidates, site health administrators, human resources managers, hiring managers, and department team members to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Attend regular meetings and participate in recruiting strategy planning.
With the approval of the director of talent acquisition, develop and maintain candidate sourcing channels, including paid pipelines, to ensure a constant flow of qualified medical candidates.
Attend key Employee Experience meetings to strategize effective recruitment efforts.

It is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his/her capabilities as determined by management.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma required. Recruitment or HR experience preferred. Must have knowledge and experience using Microsoft 365 Office Suite and/or personal computer systems. Preferred experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud or other applicant tracking systems. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team effort. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Unless waived by management, a valid driver's license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record.
Pay range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
