Essential Function:
As part of the Talent Acquisition team at Silfex you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent across the business at all levels. You will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting, developing effective sourcing strategies, and providing exceptional customer service to both candidates and hiring managers. In this role you will function as a trusted business partner to senior leaders within Silfex developing recruiting strategies and deploying them. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create and implement talent strategies that identify and acquire top talent
- Manage client and candidate relationships at the professional level
- Provide consultative search recruiting services; including research, market intelligence, sourcing, advising clients; managing the overall end to end process
- Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
- Continuous networking and pipelining to identify a broad and diverse external talent slate using a variety of channels
- Support all aspects of the interview and selection process; review and screen employment applications, resumes, and provide guidance and assistance to hiring managers
- Work with hiring managers on the development of job descriptions and ensure proper job leveling
- Identify and attend college and local recruiting events
- Ensure alignment with HR policies and processes as they relate to relocation, immigration, staffing and recruiting
- Create requisitions and maintain candidate activity within the applicant tracking system
- Initiate and track pre-employment screens
- Partnering with HRBP’s and Silfex leadership to deliver annual Human Resources initiatives as defined in the Annual Operating Plan

Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting with a Bachelor’s degree
- Experience recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions (recruiting for positions in Manufacturing is preferred)
- Must possess strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Displays integrity and ethics in handling confidential information
- Ability to create positive impressions and communicate to a variety of people
- Technical proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and concise communicator
- Must be organized, detail oriented, and attentive to follow-through
- Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule
