GeoTek is currently looking to fill an openings in our recruiting department. Incorporated in 1997, GeoTek is a full service consulting engineering firm specializing in geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, special inspection, and environmental consulting. SUMMARY:
This position will be supporting full-cycle talent acquisition including sourcing, candidate development, interviewing and offer extension/negotiation working under the supervision of the Corporate Recruiting Manager. The position will also handle all primary duties for coordinating and placing job orders, advertising and other administrative recruiting duties.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to screen, identify, and select qualified candidates
- Source candidates via database, Internet, cold calling, networking, and other creative sourcing activity techniques to generate additional candidates
- Write and post job descriptions to company website and Internet job boards
- Develop and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates resulting in a steady flow of perspective hires
- Managing the candidate disposition process to ensure compliance in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Verify candidates' references
- Evaluate, negotiate, and extend offers to candidates
- May perform other duties as assigned

- Must have great communication skills. Superior organizational skills Can be trusted to handle extremely confidential and sensitive information
- Must have a team player attitude
- Ability to be work successfully in fast paced environment with changing priorities and able to multitask
- Good typing skills, attention to detail, accuracy, well organized
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills interacting effectively with all types of people
- Experience working with databases, ATS software preferred
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSE
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in phones and customer service
