Corporate PR Marketing (Sr.) Manager

Work Location: Sunnyvale, California, 94085

Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000

Job Type: Full-Time Onsite

Job Responsibilities

• Develop compelling storylines.
• Create great presentation decks for various PR purposes.
• Write/edit/craft media/press releases.
• Develop multi-channel marketing communications programs for external communications.
• Work directly with business leaders and develop strategic communications planning and execution, such as media relations, social media, campaigns, events, and more.
• Engage with the community to boost the identity and visibility of a brand.
• Build credibility, share the story, and amplify what we offer.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify value proposition.
• Build relationships with media, influencers, event organizers, and other professionals to tell the right stories at the right time.
• Plan, organize, and manage event logistics.
• Partner with HR for the annual party, Town Halls, company events, job fairs, recognition awards, and others.
• Report to the Head of Operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in PR/Marketing/Communications/Journalism/English.
• Experience in public relations agency or corporate in-house (healthcare experience is a plus)
• A strong storyteller, experience in the tech/health industry is a big plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and have a “will-do” attitude.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, exacting editorial standards, and great people skills
• Motivated and organized, capable of working in a fast-paced environment and ensuring successful execution.
• 8-12 years of experience in PR/Marketing/Communications
• Track record in developing and executing multi-channel communications programs with measurable goals.
• A creative thinker
• Excellent relationship and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong media contacts
• Candidates must have the willingness to travel locally when needed.
