The Corporate Payroll Manager will be responsible for performing accurate and timely processing of multi-state payrolls. This individual will exercise excellent judgment in carrying out the details of the work according to applicable regulations, company policies and procedures. They must maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity to ensure confidence and protection of the integrity of the payroll operations and information. The nature of this role is highly operational and is heavily geared towards input and production of the payroll, including the regular biweekly process plus special payments such as bonuses, commissions and other one-time payments. This person should have comprehensive knowledge of the entire payroll production methodology, a solid understanding of payroll, be highly process oriented and have excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
\n\nProcess payroll for a rapidly growing corporate population of 5500+ employees. \nOversee and manage daily payroll operations, verifying accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions. \nEnsure high volume of payroll inquiries are addressed in correct and timely manner. \nAct as a subject matter expert on company timekeeping procedures, payroll policies, compensation structures and 401K. \nFamiliar with all commission calculation procedures and own assigned commission processes from beginning to end. \nGenerate advanced ad-hoc payroll reports to leadership upon request. \nProvide support and assistance on special projects and other requests as needed. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of payroll functions. \nConfidently navigate between various systems and effectively use resources to research and problem solve. \n\n
Required Qualifications:
\n\nPrior payroll experience in the Healthcare Industry strongly preferred \n5+ years of leadership experience \nAdvanced Excel knowledge is required \nDemonstrated expertise in complex commission processing \nExceptional attention to detail \nAbility to adapt to new systems and processes as implemented \nProactive thinker able to foresee and solve potential future issues \nMust be effective at multi-tasking and reevaluating priorities throughout the day \nProficient in Microsoft Office \nExperience with Dayforce is strongly preferred \nCustomer service oriented \nOperate under high sense of urgency \n\n

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be an annual salary of $120,000 to $140,000 .

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
