Overview: As a vital member of our truck dealership's corporate team, the Corporate Parts Director plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the parts operations across multiple dealership locations. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, a strong understanding of parts management, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize parts operations, maximize profitability, and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with senior management to align parts strategies with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Team Leadership:
- Provide effective leadership and direction to parts staff across all dealership locations.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure the team's success.
Vendor Relations:
- Cultivate strong relationships with parts suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and pricing agreements.
- Evaluate supplier performance and make strategic decisions regarding vendor selection and partnerships in conjunction with Parts Inventory Manager.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and supplier offerings to identify new opportunities and potential partnerships.
Customer Service:
- Champion a customer-centric approach to parts sales and service.
- Implement processes and standards to ensure prompt and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed expectations.

Pay: $86,750.00 - $96,051.00 per year
