JOB SUMMARY: To provide support and add value across Corporate Partnerships team and represent the organization in a positive manner.
Learning Objectives:

• Recognize practices and processes to drive sponsorship revenue that are employed by an NFL Corporate Partnerships department.
• Develop knowledge, communication and process management skills in the area of Partnership Sales and Activation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist partnership sales initiatives by:

• Developing sales presentations and collateral
• Upkeep of CRM system to date and reflective of current sales opportunities
• Identifying and scoring new business leads based on various campaigns
• Utilize in-depth market research to evaluate best practices, category/sponsor trends, and the competitive landscape to contribute to the sales process.
• Prepare company overview reports and executive backgrounds for meetings and presentations.
• Leveraging key data and metrics to provide quantitative support for partner presentations.
• Prospecting new business lead contact information and categories

Assist partnership marketing initiatives by:

• Supporting Partnership Marketing team in the execution of partnership agreements, including, but not limited to partner events, sweepstakes, hospitality, traditional media, and more
• Assisting in the planning and execution of activations throughout 2024 Broncos season including Training Camp, Broncos home games, and additional events as they occur
• Supporting Partnership Marketing team with gameday related responsibilities including onsite partner activations, VIP hosting, client communication, and more
• Assisting in the development of proof of performance and reporting documents while supporting the creation of research presentations, partnership collateral, and end of year recaps for corporate partners
• Providing support during development and execution of select marketing and special events
• Managing relationships and processes while working closely with various internal stakeholders and departments on execution of gameday and non-gameday partnership elements

Assist corporate partnership with essential administrative tasks by:

• Handling all incoming and outgoing mail out of the executive offices - postage, packaging, tracking, etc.
• Purchasing and inventory management of office supplies for department including break room
• Maintaining an organized, clean, and professional workspace at all times
• Management of main department phone line, directing calls and messages where necessary
• Performing other duties as assigned

This internship is for the 2024-2025 season and will start the beginning of June 2024.
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected hourly rate will be $18.29. This position is 40 hours a week with overtime as needed.
