Corporate Paralegal

Are you an experienced Corporate Paralegal looking for an exciting opportunity in the biotechnology industry? If so, this position may be for you. Our client is seeking a Corporate Paralegal for a 6-month contract to support their entity management and corporate governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update corporate governance documents, meeting minutes and resolutions.
• Oversee the management of corporate entities.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of SEC documents.
• Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed.

 Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal
• Strong understanding of corporate governance principles, entity management and SEC filing requirements.
• Proficiency in conducting legal research.
