Job description
- Provide concierge services to visiting guest, clients, and staff.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with local hotels and restaurants.
- Maintain inventory relevant to concierge area (umbrellas, parking validation, etc.)
- Work with Reception, Hospitality, Conference Technology, Operations and Marketing to ensure the highest level of client service is provided to clients who are using the Crowell DC office meeting space.
- Coordinate catering, room setup, AV, nametags and additional logistics for client meetings.
- Work with building security to ensure guests are registered and allowed building access.
- Communicate with vendors and building support teams appropriately to ensure timely and orderly operational execution of meetings
- Oversee the conference room schedule, and assembles reports on use of the space
- Provide conference services support and cross train in all conference services areas, including meeting set-up and coordination of services with AV and Facilities.
- Be the main point of contact for those hosting third party events in the DC office space.
- Manage and place food and beverage orders with catering vendors.
- Recommend, order and track catering orders
- Reconcile end of month chargeback report for accounting.
- Stock, maintain, and organize supplies in conference room for assigned events.
- Present space, amenities, and capabilities to meeting chairperson(s).
- Establish & maintain network of preferred 3rd party service partners.
- Retain par level of catering & hospitality supplies
- Maintain space, equipment & amenities.
- Conduct routine space & equipment inspections; resolve identified issues.
- Manage caterers, including providing access to space, proper set-up, clean up, and compliance with building regulations
- Assist clientele with connectivity to a/v equipment
- Additional duties as applicable
