Aramsco has a professional career opportunity in Radnor, Pennsylvania, for a Corporate Office Administrator. The successful candidate will coordinate daily administrative duties in the Corporate Office and work closely with senior management to plan and execute business meetings and employee events.
Summary
The Corporate Office Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day office administration and scheduling meetings and planning events in the Corporate Office and off-site locations.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage general operations of the Corporate Office, including mail, supply order, delivery services and office maintenance.
- Maintain schedule for Corporate Office meeting rooms and workspace.
- Greet visitors and oversee their onsite experience.
- Act as liaison with property management company
- Coordinate and execute meetings and employee events, including venue sourcing, event messaging, logistics, equipment and vendors.
- Post-meeting evaluations with event leader.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or 3-4 years of office administration or related experience.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills, detail oriented and organized.
- Meeting management and event planning in a corporate setting preferred.
