Summary
Under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) /Chief Operating Officer (COO):

• Monitors corporate compliance and the quality of care,services, and life provided within ABCM-certified Long Term Care programs

Qualifications / Requirements

• Must have an unrestricted and active Iowa (or compact state)RN license
• Knowledge of long-term care regulatory requirements andexperience teaching critical thinking and analytical skills
• History of success in achieving goals using ContinuousQuality Improvement (CQI) practices and strategies
• Having a professional background in mental health would be highly beneficial
• Must have outstanding interpersonal and organizationalskills
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skillsspecific to the English language
• Travel and reliable transportation required
• Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS),COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religiousaccommodations when reasonable

Annual Salary Range: $80,000/yr-$95,000/yr, Negotiable (DOE)
