Job Description
The Director of Operations is responsible for providing effective leadership to drive sales, hospitality at the highest level, profitability and long term growth by managing all aspects of the business.
The Director of Ops will also lead the hiring and training of all FOH team members while overseeing the day-to-day operations. Also partnering with the executive chef to train and educate the BOH team. This in turn will drive sales, profitability, attraction and retain talent, while continuing to keep our us relevant and inspiring.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
· To drive excellence in fiscal performance, operations, food quality and consistency, service, hospitality, and facility cleanliness
· Partnering with the executive chef for menu development and roll out
· A relentless pursuit of quality and consistency
· Be a champion of the company culture: through leadership, work ethic, relationship development, and constant communication of the Values & Mission
· Proper staffing levels
· Proper execution of FOH training checklists
· Ongoing development of team members of annual performance reviews
· Being accessible to all employees any time regardless of the topic
· Managing budgets to ensure maximum profitability
· For maintaining purchasing program parameters
· Maintaining a health inspection score of 94 or better
· Executing all company SOPs, systems and policies

• 6+ years multi unit experience
• $10 million in sales
• Degree preferred
• Ability to inspire, motivate, teach and mentor
• Legal to work in the US
