As a Corporate Customer Advisor (m/w/d), you will support our clients in financial matters and business-related issues, allowing them to focus on their social mission in their day-to-day operations.

Here's how you can support us:
You will be trained through close collaboration with a mentor
After the training period, you will take on and expand your own customer base in the social, healthcare, and housing sectors, and independently conduct customer appointments
You will be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries related to finance
You will create comprehensive credit protocols (including analysis of internal assessments and documents submitted by the customer)
You will act as a liaison between colleagues in the market and internal departments of our bank
You will implement in-house sales campaigns as a team
Here's what you bring to the table:
Successful completion of a banking apprenticeship (d/m/w)
Degree in banking management (d/m/w) or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) is desirable
Good knowledge of business administration
First experience in Corporate Customer support
Team player (d/m/w) with a desire to take on responsibility quickly
Strong customer service mindset
Initiative and reliability
