Position Overview:
In the Corporate Creative Design Assistant position, you will provide support to both the Brand Creative Director and the broader Corporate Creative Design team. Your duties will span various tasks, including conducting image searches and managing digital assets on the server. You'll be central to the creation of diverse visual content such as social media imagery, web banner designs, materials for events, presentations, as well as digital and print advertising pieces like catalogs and sell sheets.
Your role will also involve the hands-on production of projects, which includes the printing of catalogs, sell sheets, and labels, along with upkeep of our print workspace and photo studio to ensure a streamlined workflow.
The preferred applicant will possess enthusiasm for the field of design and consistently keep abreast of the latest design trends and innovations.
Job Description:
• Support revisions to projects that showcase product features and benefits in a visually appealing manner
• Support printing efforts for company catalogs, brochures, leave behinds and catalogs
• Proofread projects to ensure accuracy in data and spelling
• Support design efforts to update product packaging and labels that effectively communicate product information and brand identity
• Create engaging graphics for social media platforms, adhering to current design trends and company brand guidelines
• event materials such as banners, posters, leave behinds and brochures that align with event themes and objectives
• Support design and visual requirements for ecommerce initiatives
• Maintain timing on projects, seek approvals & track progress to ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in a design role
• Well versed with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
• Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong creative thinking abilities
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Highly productive against tight deadlines
• Bachelor's Degree, and at least one year of experience in the art or design field.
