Job Requirements:
Ideal candidates must have some working experience in Blue Sky compliance, foremost, and be knowledgeable of the ’33 Act and the securities laws of the respective U.S. states and jurisdictions governing diverse securities transactions involving public and private equity offerings, follow-on offerings, and compensation incentive plans, and other business combination transactions under the ’33 Act. The candidate should have a general familiarity of the reporting requirements under the ’34 Act and the provisions of the ’40 Act relating to fund formation. The candidate would be required to interface with the SEC and all state securities regulatory agencies, research state securities laws, review offering documents and other offering agreements, monitor the Firm’s project base of Blue Sky-related transactions, prepare and make filings manually and online via federal and state securities portals, and assist in the overall compliance of transactions under Blue Sky law.
The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $175,000-250,000. Salary will be determined based upon education, experience, job related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials in locations where market pay differs from the national average.
