We are currently searching for an experienced Warranty Manager to handle multiple franchises. This position can be executed remotely most of the time. Responsibilities

• Ensure assigned dealerships are paid for all warranty work in an accurate and timely fashion by preparing, flagging, submitting, and following up on each claim
• Coordinates with service management team and manufacturers to ensure prompt receipt of replacement parts
• Communicates with service management and service advisors to define the scope of a warranty claim resolution and to set expectations
• Prepares, reviews, and processes all warranty claims
• Keep abreast of all factory recalls, announcements, and procedures
• Maintain manufacturer training requirements for all assigned franchises

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a similar position, and knowledge of automotive parts and service.
• Experience with multiple franchises
• Can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects
• Must have excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills
• Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment
