Clarity HR Solutions is partnered with LIXI, Inc. to find a passionate candidate to fill their Corporate Administrator. This position is hybrid with in-office days required. This position is also part-time for 30 hours per week.

About the Position
LIXI is looking for a trustworthy Corporate Administrator to support operations and management of the office in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The role requires well-honed problem-solving skills, deadline management, ongoing and comprehensive communication, constant attention to detail, patience, and a commitment to integrity.
Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will perform general office manager duties and facilitate administrative processes that enable customer onboarding, service deployment, and the management of HR, corporate, and licensing documentation. You can work with cross-functional teams, managing projects and deliverables and interacting with people across all levels of the organization. You are highly organized, process-minded, able to anticipate problems and dependencies, and able to maintain the highest level of discretion in handling confidential information.

Specific Job Duties
- Onboarding of new customers of the business.
- Manage corporate reporting and documentation including HR, insurance, state licensing, and staff training.
- Weekly domestic travel arrangements and related communication for the service team.
- Management of office mail and UPS shipping and receiving of parts, products, job equipment and customer deliverables.
- General administrative support of the sales and operations teams.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business administration and executive leadership support.
- Exceptional organizational, oral, and written communication abilities.
- Good judgment and decision-making.
- High proficiency with Word and Excel.
- Trustworthy and professional in dealing with customers, colleagues, and confidential, sensitive HR and financial information.
- Self-directed individual with ability to manage ambiguity and adapts readily and easily to changes in priorities and business conditions.
- Understanding of business processes and impact of such processes including identifying control risks.
