We are seeking a full-time HR Generalist to work in our HR Department to facilitate our Intern Program along with assisting with Recruiting and Generalist responsibilities.
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Attend meetings, coordinate with leaders, and implement the program for Interns.
2. Work as a strategic partner and single point of contact to find colleges that align with business objectives and ensure commitment to the program.
3. Responsible for recruitment efforts at target campuses including but not limited to developing relationships with faculty, staff, and Career Service teams, and acting as the main point of contact and liaison amongst candidates.
4. Assist with full-cycle corporate recruiting across the company to include sourcing for a variety of exempt and non-exempt positions.
5. Provided Human Resources support by managing offer letters, onboarding, personnel issues, leaves. terminations, etc. within corporate policies and procedures and all federal and state guidelines.
6. Provide additional HR Support as needed.
Education, Experience, and Skills:
1. Bachelors or Equivalent HR experience required.
2. 5-7 years experience in HR preferred.
3. Canadian employment law knowledge preferred.
4. Recruiting Experience required.
5. Experience growing and maintaining an internship program preferred.
6. Must be detail-oriented, flexible, and have good interpersonal skills.
