Copier Service Technician

Shamrock Office Solutions, a Flex Technology Group company, is looking for a Desktop Printer - Field Service Technician to join our N. California team.  The individual is responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment and for promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products for clients in the San Francisco area. The pay range is starting at $22.50--$33.00 an hour.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities 

• Performs diagnostic repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Maintains equipment according to manufacturer's specifications.
• Manages an assigned territory of printer devices or MFP's.
• Maintains an accurate assigned part inventory.
• Delivers exceptional customer service.
• Establishes and maintains positive customer relationships.
• Maintains positive relationships with employees.
• Contributes as a team player.

 Qualifications and Experience

•  1-2 years related experience preferred, if not we will train you! 
• HS diploma/GED required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong time management and organization skills and self-motivated
• Basic computer knowledge* MS Office (Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook)
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, walk up and down stairs, bend down, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at floor level, and walk long distances.
