The Role
- Assist in the provision of Team USA Performance Team support for junior, transition, wheelchair and professional players
- To help coordinate all Team USA Pro administration to establish National Coach PDP’s, goals, players of interest lists and reviews as well as correspondence, event planning, and other duties related to Team
- To deliver Performance Analytics projects for players in the junior, transition, wheelchair and professional bands in the areas of technical, tactical, physical and mental developmental as well as provide scouting, processing of matches and
- To coordinate the planning and help administrate Coaching Education events internally as well as for all levels of camps and High Performance workshops
- Work with analytics tools to execute Performance Analytics projects, provide development reports & scouting as needed and deliver education via lab sessions
- Assist the Manager in creating the workflows and tracking of associated department goals such as unique athletes, player projects, matches tagged etc
- Aid in the training of seasonal employees and part-time employees for general administrative and analytics
- Help execute Innovation projects that use technology to measure player performance and or load and volume and COE efforts that impact PD
- Train national coaches and staff in the use of analytics tools and the entry of data/use of the Athlete Management System
- Take a lead role in the filming of technique, educational performance team content, management of the Pro technique archives and editing/ production of HP content
- Travel to select Coaching Education and Analytics events as needed
Who You Are
- Excellent command of MS Office and Google Suite
- Knowledge of tennis is required
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Sports specific video editing and filming experience a plus
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication
- Position is non-exempt
- Position is designated as Hybrid in Orlando, generally four days in the office and one day remote.

The expected range for the base salary for this position is $40,000- 50,000 with paid overtime. This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
