Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Coordinator, Store Design located in New York City, New York.
The role:
You will Support the Sr. Project Manager on all scope related to Store Design, Construction, and Maintenance/Repair for Department Stores, Factory Stores, and Open Sell.
What you’ll do:
In an environment characterized by numerous retail locations and distribution points, collaborate with us to seamlessly integrate our brand DNA across all retail locations, ensuring a consistent expression that upholds our elevated standards of luxury and brand awareness at every touchpoint.
- Assist Store Design team on all refresh projects in existing stores.
- Support Store Design Project Manager on all Maintenance/Repair requests relating to installation millwork and visual merchandising.
- Bridge communication and coordinate Store Design and Visuals Merchandising elements needed for installations, refreshes, and launches.
- Coordinate and schedule installations and maintenance visits with the field teams and retailer store teams.
- PO creation and invoice processing.
You are:
- Extremely organized with the ability to multi-task.
- Analytical and have strong problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative and succeed in working with a team.
- Capable of adhering to timelines and adept at maintaining project momentum to ensure on-track progress.
- Strong in communication skills, effectively conveying information and fostering clear understanding.
- Genuinely looking forward to new challenges.
You have:
- Bachelor of Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design.
- 1-2 years’ experience in Project management.
- Experience in the Beauty Industry.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and millwork shop drawings.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in AutoCad, Sketch up, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.

Salary Range: $55,000 – $60,000
