Red Bull Records is a full-service independent record label dedicated to long-term artist development, with a diverse roster across a variety of musical genres. The Coordinator, Publicity & Brand Integration will divide duties across both verticals, providing support to the Director and VP respectively. You will be tasked with understanding the media landscape, ideating story angles, reporting wins, and contributing to the public relations strategy and press initiatives for the label and its artists. In Brand Integration, you will coordinate and execute campaigns across multiple disciplines, working with the full label team and a network within Red Bull, to ensure that we are successfully leveraging our resources and relationships.

- INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
Share Red Bull Records music and internal information with World of Red Bull through various communication materials and presentations
Coordinate engagement with markets and teams around artist tours and promotional activity
Manage and maintain weekly press reports, monitoring artist and label press coverage regularly
Sweep the media landscape daily, identifying trends, reading newsletters, and flagging relevant stories - ASSET MANAGEMENT, MUSIC AND PRODUCT SERVICING
Collect and organize assets such as press shots, quotes, bios, etc.
Update the master media list by researching and sourcing new contacts or removing retired contacts
Aid in Music Services command Licensing efforts to integrate Red Bull Records music into all areas of the business
Utilize tools within Consumer Products and our agency partners to build and strengthen internal and external partner relations - CONTENT AND PROJECT EXECUTION
Ideate and assist in content and collaborations across 30+ marketing, sales, and operations verticals within Red Bull
Help provide artists and partners with one-of-a-kind Red Bull experiences
Assist in the development of press materials such as press releases, pitches, bios, press strategies, etc. - EVENT & PROMOTION COORDINATION
Support label and artist events with logistics coordination
Liaise with artist teams to help assemble promo schedules, award show transportation, etc.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Undergraduate degree preferred but not essential
- 2-3 Years Marketing or PR Experience Required, ideally in music or entertainment
- Must have a strong understanding of the media landscape and a grasp on relevant press titles within the music, entertainment, and culture space
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment within set deadlines
- Must be well organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask in an efficient and timely manner
