The Role and What You’ll Do:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Global Operations Team as they strive to lead change management and optimize efficiency across the agency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Organize team meetings, including preparation of the agenda, organizing follow-up and related tasks.
Support the team in working between different departments, fostering effective communication.
Creating and maintaining weekly reports for executive staff
Support the design of agency processes to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
Draft process and training documents for team as needed
Collaborate with various departments to optimize cross-functional operations
Generate reports on key performance indicators and operational metrics as needed.
Support the Operations team with day-to-day management of systems like WorkJ and CRM
Contribute to assigned, department-specific special projects
You Have These:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management or a related field
A minimum of 1-2 years of agency experience
Prior experience managing relationships with cross-functional agency teams and vendors
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, including deck development, leading presentations and synthesizing key takeaways and action items for internal and external parties
Ability to take initiative, collaborate and problem-solve independently and in groups
Exceptional time management, attention-to-detail and organization with the ability to manage workflow of multiple projects simultaneously
Enthusiastic team member, exceptional interpersonal skills with a proactive, can-do approach driven by pursuit of excellence
Proficient in MS Office Suite
