Associate's degree or equivalent; 1 year related experience.
Job Summary:
To provide coordination of all phases and activities associated with special university or community programs.
Job Duties:
- Ensuring that all required regional team data reflects the progress of this project and is entered correctly in a timely manner, to avoid the duplication of work for the team.
- Responsible to assist the project manager and compliance manager in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports as per funding requirements.
- Coordinating with school nurses and administration to plan and execute events where vaccines are administered to children in the districts of interest.
- Working with parental engagement staff and community stakeholders to schedule and execute educational events.
- Distribution of detailed information about the effects of the human papillomavirus and how the HPV vaccine can prevent various diseases.
- Connecting with local stakeholders and providers, to describe the benefits of administering and tracking the vaccine and seek further opportunities for the expansion of the program to other areas/districts.
Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
