Responsibilities
- Evaluates referral to ensure maximum reimbursement.
- Serves as liaison between patient and provider to ensure efficient coordination of care.
- Communicate with patient/caregivers.
- Participates in equipment delivery on a limited basis.
- Organizes medical record documentation prior to confirmation
- Completes assigned goals.
