Position Highlights The Diversity,
Equity and Inclusion Coordinator supports strategic initiatives of Diversity,
Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) for the Eller College of Management. The coordinator plays a supporting role in advancing the strategic focus on Diversity, Equity,
and Inclusion (DE&I) within the Eller College of Management. This position is responsible for the identification, coordination and implementation of diversity,
Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategies and initiatives in partnership with the Eller College leadership team. The strategies and initiatives implemented will focus on promoting the principles of DEI and measuring the impact of the Eller's DEI efforts in the areas of departmental policies and practices, training and education, and community outreach. This position is also responsible for providing guidance, leadership and direction to assist Eller staff in implementing actions aimed at dismantling obstacles to foster a more inclusive community for everyone.

Duties & Responsibilities- Implement strategies and initiatives determined by the ADDEI and DE&I committee
- Develop measurements, analyze results and report results related to strategies and initiatives
- Provide data to ADDEI, DE&I committee, and other stakeholders to facilitate decision making and strategic goal setting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to adapt initiatives for continual improvement
- Identify and recommend grant opportunities under the guidance of the ADDEI and DE&I Committee
- Develops and administers programs and initiatives that promote diversity and Inclusion
- Representative for the ADDEI and the college's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee
- Collaborate with and become the liaison for the college's DE&I leadership and the University of Arizona's Office of Diversity and Inclusion leadership
- Collaborate with different departments, programs, and centers within Eller College to coordinate DE&I programs
- Conduct research on local community diversity organizations
- Attend diversity conferences and necessary trainings
- Source and evaluate diversity resources for reading circles and colloquia
- Plan and coordinate ADDEI sponsored DE&I trainings
- Develop and manage a college wide Cultural Heritage Months calendar
- Create meeting agendas and take minutes during monthly ADDEI sponsored events and meetings
- Create and manage DE&I email account
- Design and manage DE&I web page on the Internet/intranet
- Manage organizational chart of DE&I activities at the college
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance principles and practices.
- Knowledge of human resources principals and practices.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting programs and services

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
