- The responsibilities of a Server include: greeting and seating customers, taking food and drink orders, serving food and beverages to customers at their tables, managing multiple food and beverage service throughout the dining room, keeping dining areas clean and organized, cash handling, accepting payments, preparing bills and handling cash register transactions. Keeping up and completing all side work that is assigned. The ideal candidate has a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Must be a self-starter and able to work without supervision.
- The responsibly of a Cook include: prepping meals and cooking meals, and cleaning the kitchen. We do not have a dishwasher position so washing dishes are both the server and cooks responsibility. We are open to the public from 8AM-11AM. Dinner time we are only open for the people who reside in the cottages and their families and guests.
