Required skills and experience:
- 2 years of experience as a cook in an upscale setting
- Knowledge of Southeast Asian food or barbecue techniques
- Experience in high volume and fast paced restaurant operations
- Knowledge of health codes
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a standing position for 8 hours
- Ability to lift and carry objects of at least 40 pounds
- Ability to withstand a high temperature environment
