Cook/Resident Assistant

Responsibilities:

-Prepare 3 meals and snacks for residents in a residential care facility for 8-22 residents.
- Provide assistance and support to residents in their daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.
- Observe and report any changes in residents' physical or mental condition to the appropriate staff.
- Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, fostering independence and dignity.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a residential setting is helpful.

-Must be proficient in cooking skills and knowledge of how to prepare foods according to menu.
- Familiarity with assisting individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) is beneficial.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members.
