Position Summary
The Temporary Overnight Resident Assistant has as a primary responsibility to perform administrative and operational duties for Toby’s Place. She may be assigned a wide variety of recurring and/or non-recurring tasks by the supervisor. This is a temporary position designed not to exceed 90 days. Serving in this temporary position does not carry entitlement to an offer of regular employment at Oliver Gospel.
As this is a women's shelter, this position is only accepting female applicants.

Valid South Carolina driver’s license

High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
Documented experience as a receptionist
Documented experience in working well with various races, ethnicities, cultures, disabilities and ages
Proven ability to work independently while staying aligned with the priorities of the supervisor
Knowledge of PC-based software and relevant applications and office equipment
Position Responsibilities
Perform overnight security and operational duties
Perform clerical, receptionist and program support duties
Attend to the overnight needs of residents
Keep a record of overnight interactions with residents and file a daily report with the supervisor
Attend case conference meetings as assigned
Communicate concerns and trends to the supervisor
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
