We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook/Bartender to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott. As a Cook/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious food and beverages for our guests. Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Prepare food
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations of the bar area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Cook/Bartender in a restaurant or catering setting is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a positive manner
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Familiarity with meal preparation and dietary requirements is a plus
