- People First means ALL people. Hilltop celebrates diversity and prioritizes inclusion. You'll find us marching in the local pride parade, celebrating diversity-awareness months, sharing our pronouns, and meeting with our NEXTGen board of younger Hilltoppers to help ensure every Hilltopper and those we serve feel like they belong.
- Come grow with us! At Hilltop, we care about your growth and development. Through programs like Hilltop U, a culture that values GROWTH, and our unique structure that includes many different social programs and positions, many Hilltoppers have advanced their careers and earning potential over time.
