Convenience Store Cashier

Job Title: Cashier

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Upsell additional products or services to customers
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed

Qualifications:
- Strong mathematical skills, including proficiency in retail math and basic math calculations
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient customer service
- Previous experience in retail sales or wireless/technology sales is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Note: Training will be provided on the specific POS system used.
