Convenience Store Cashier

Duties and Responsibilities

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Serve customers by completing sales transactions

• Provide support to the customers on products and services

• Resolve any customer complaints and issues

• Develop excellent customer relations and win their trust

• Perform routine day-to-day transactions.

• Take product deliveries by confirming products count as per invoice

• Keep all the records, transaction receipts, and other record keeping

• Greet customer with a smile when they enter and leave the store

• Keep store clean all the time by inspecting areas frequently

• Highly energetic; as the job would occasionally require lifting of object of average weight

Perform all the other necessary tasks required to run the operation smoothly.

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
• Weekends only

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
