SalaryResponsibilities:
Perform accounting processes and maintain the integrity of the General Ledger Accounts and accounts payable functions assigned for multiple locations. Compile monthly/weekly management reports. Work with daily auditing procedures to ensure all accounting processes and values are accurate.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bachelors degree or Associates degree with 1-2 years experience, or a combination of experience and education.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Experience in the following: MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Monarch, Internet. Experience with or ability to learn PDI/RMS and/or PDI Enterprise software.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or scheduled form.
Ability to operate 10 key adding machine.
