Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design electrical systems, facilities, and components for diverse purposes, utilizing programming platforms like Siemens and Bosch Rexroth.
- Conduct research programs to evaluate electrical systems and products, applying expertise in electricity and control circuitry.
- Direct engineering personnel in fabricating test control apparatus and equipment and establish testing methods and conditions.
- Develop Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) and other user interfaces for machinery and automation equipment.
- Ensure manufacturing processes align with functional specifications and customer requirements.
- Drive the development of manufacturing processes by modifying equipment and gathering feedback from operators.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and develop machine programs for PLCs and other logic controllers.
- Utilize computer-assisted engineering and design software to create plans.
- Stay updated with industry advancements through workshops, publications, and networking.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new technical innovations.
- Participate in meetings, prepare reports, and deliver technical presentations.
- Estimate project costs and timelines and procure necessary equipment and parts.
- Ensure compliance with electrical and construction safety regulations.
- Coordinate the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems in field installations.
- Assist maintenance with troubleshooting, repairs, and training.
- Actively contribute to improvement processes and implement LEAN tools.
- Support team efforts by working hands-on in production as needed.
- Adhere to health, safety guidelines, and legal obligations.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in computer-assisted engineering and design software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Strong self-discipline and ethics to safeguard company interests.
- Basic knowledge of LEAN strategies and/or Six Sigma.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer or similar role.
- Sound business acumen with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and implement emergency procedures.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Regular and punctual attendance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
