Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Systems Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and a proven track record of success in supporting complex IT environments. As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support for our enterprise infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, implementing new technologies, and documenting system configurations.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive technical support for enterprise infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Implement new technologies and solutions to improve IT infrastructure performance and security.
Document system configurations and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure.
Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in IT infrastructure
Qualifications
3-7 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure support
Strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems
Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-V
Experience with networking technologies, such as TCP/IP, routing, and switching
Experience with storage technologies, such as SAN, NAS, and iSCSI
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
