Job Description:
Are you passionate about developing and implementing advanced control systems in a manufacturing setting? As our Controls Engineer, your role will be pivotal in enhancing our automated systems and machinery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing control systems for manufacturing processes and machinery.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop efficient, reliable control solutions.
• Programming and configuring PLCs and other control hardware.
• Leading projects from concept to implementation, ensuring optimal integration with existing systems.
• Analyzing system data and continuously improving control strategies.
• Providing technical support and training to maintenance and operations teams.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

You’re a Good Fit If You Have:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in control systems engineering.
• Proficiency in PLC programming and system integration.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with industrial network protocols and interfaces.
