Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Develop, implement, and monitor the annual budget in collaboration with executive leadership.
Provide financial forecasts and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Financial Analysis:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process.
Cash Flow Management:
Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational needs.
Implement strategies to optimize working capital.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Provide guidance on accounting principles and financial best practices.
System Implementation and Optimization:
Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement and optimize financial systems and processes.
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
Risk Management:
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.
Stay informed about industry trends and changes in financial regulations.

Qualifications:
CPA designation is required.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar financial leadership role within the financial sector.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
