The Controller has a minimum of 5 years` experience in a supervisory role within an Accounting Department or firm. Property Management or Real Estate Accounting experience preferred. Is a reliable, highly organized and detail-oriented `can-do` team player with excellent communication skills. Has the ability to work in a team environment. Possesses expert accounting and analytical skills according to GAAP, expert understanding of financial statements, and efficient problem-solving skills including the ability to see `big picture` concepts. Has the ability to work well under pressure in a team environment and be accountable for punctuality. Has the ability to train and coach with a positive, enthusiastic attitude. Is a self-starter -- ability to reassign priorities daily. Bachelor`s Degree in an Accounting or Finance discipline, C.P.A. or C.P.A. Candidate preferred
Minimum Pay Rate (salary) - $125,000
Maximum Pay Rate (salary) - $150,000

Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years in a similar Accounting Management role required.
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
- Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI's Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
- Bachelor's Degree in an Accounting or Finance discipline.
- C.P.A. or C.P.A. Candidate preferred.
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
