Controller – Traffic Control Construction – Base Salary To 100k/Year – Muskogee, OK

Responsibilities:
- Ability to build and foster healthy teams
- Extensive collaboration with leadership, various departments, and owners is vital
- You are responsive to the needs of the business, ensuring all measurables and goals are achieved each quarter.
- Preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Own and drive the budgeting process, including direct ownership of financial models; determine and make any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws for financial and tax reporting.
- Provides insight and training to job costing processes from a financial perspective
- Manages and oversees relationships with independent auditors and banking institutions
- Oversees cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
- Develops and implements best practices and tools to ensure a stable yet flexible organization that has strong fiscal management, project coordination, cross-team communications, and workflows
- Focuses upon data-driven tools/resources to problem-solve, predicts issues well and is focused on adjusting organizational strategies for the greater good
- Manage monthly financial reporting package for internal and external stakeholders, including financing partners and the owners
Qualifications:
- Bachelors and/or Master's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting, CPA/MBA preferred
- 5+ years experience in construction financial management roles
- Technologically proficient with Excel, financial modeling, and accounting software
- Experience with Foundation Construction Software a plus
- Experience with companies in roadway construction
Compensation:
- Base salary up To 100k/Year
