Financial Controller
Company Overview:

Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic-minded Financial Controller to oversee our financial activities and ensure the financial health of our organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, including payroll, to support our growth and maintain our high standards of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
-Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and variances, providing insights to the executive team.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
-Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage annual budgets.
Provide guidance on financial implications of strategic initiatives.
Payroll Management:
-Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Manage employee benefits programs and address payroll-related inquiries.
Compliance and Risk Management:
-Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance.
Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
Financial Strategy:
-Contribute to the development and execution of the company's financial strategy.
Provide financial insights to support decision-making at the executive level.
Team Leadership:
-Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
-Proven 3-5 years experience as a Financial Controller.
-Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
-Experience managing payroll processes and benefits programs.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
